PROFILE
Committed to the belief that successful modern architecture is a synthesis of many skills, the Firm utilizes hand sketches, computer aided design (CAD), Traditional 3D physical models, and computer renderings to convey our design intentions.
Formerly Sylvan Joseph Architects Founded in 1961, The firm has developed with the approach that successful design can be delivered within the parameters of realistic costs and practical construction methods.
As the bridge between client and contractor, we seek to guide our projects from conceptual evaluation, through successive phases of design development, into complete construction coordination. The firm has worked with individual and corporate clients, owner-builders, and developers.
We bring no preconceptions to the design phase of any project. We work to define and meet our client’s needs, and we are prepared to provide our services under a wide range of fee structures and equity participations. Our continuing expansion has been fueled in part by many client’s who have chosen to continue an ongoing relationship with the firm.
