Inspired by traditional East Coast Colonials, the Residence is an open, airy newly construction home complete with wainscoted walls, beaded board detailing, and a New England-style clapboard-and-stone exterior. The home’s modern features include a spacious Gourmet Kitchen, Breakfast room and Family room that make up the Great room at the rear of the home with each space individually defined.

Light flows through generous windows and glass-paned doors that connect the interior with the surrounding landscape, including the blue stone patio at the rear of the house.A large master bedroom suite with 4 additional bedrooms each with an on sweet bathroom and Laundry room are situated on the second floor. The attic level was designed as a walk up.  The basement level is composed of informal living areas, including a family room, home theater area, game room, and Au Pair Suite. Traditional details such as tray and coffered ceilings, along with crown moldings set off ceilings throughout.
